With over thirty years of R&D and automotive plant management experience in coatings at PPG Industries and Ford Motor Company, Mary Ellen has a track record of implementing new products and manufacturing solutions. During her career she advanced through key positions in R&D, Engineering, Quality, Launch and Plant Manager. From earning patents for now standard industry products to setting direction in a large manufacturing environment, she has extensive experience solving problems in all areas of automotive production. Mary Ellen plans to pass on her expertise through education and consulting services to the industries she has served.

Ralph R. Rosenberger Sr. – Managing Director – Business and Marketing
Ralph brings a diverse business background from his 40+ years at PPG Industries Inc., including 25 years in the Automotive Coatings industry. He has served in various management positions in Finance, Accounting and Engineering all providing a sound financial and business background. He has successfully managed to capitalize and to apply this experience in the Automotive Coatings sector where he successfully developed and implemented planning, forecasting and business models to capitalize on long-term sales and profit growth opportunities. His career progressed to the marketing segment where he served as Account Manager for large customer accounts delivering a solid record of long-term profit growth. During this period he teamed with an Automotive Group to set up a successful minority Assembly Supplier, and he served as a Board member that contributed to 10 years of sustained financial success.
